  एक महिला की आदत थी कि वह हर रोज सोने से पहले अपनी दिन भर की खुशियां और गम एक काग़ज़ पर लिख लिया करती थीं।  एक रात उसने लिखा कि मेरे पति ने कल पूरी रात जोरदार खर्राटे लिए। ये भगवान का शुक्र है क्योंकि वह ज़िंदा है और मेरे पास है ...भले ही उसकी खर्राटो की आवाज़ मुझें सोने नहीं देते...। मैं खुश हूं कि मेरे बेटे ने आज सुबह इस बात पर झगड़ा किया कि रात भर मच्छर-खटमल सोने नहीं देते यानी वह रात घर पर गुज़रता है ,आवारागर्दी नहीं करता।  मैं खुश हूं कि इस महीने बिजली,गैस, पेट्रोल, पानी वगैरह का बहुत ज्यादा बिल आया ,यानी ये सब चीजें मेरे पास,मेरे इस्तेमाल में हैं... अगर यह ना होती तो ज़िन्दगी कितनी मुश्किल होती...?  दिन ख़त्म होने तक आज मेरा थकान से बुरा हाल हो गया। पर में खुश हूँ कि मेरे अंदर दिनभर सख़्त काम करने की ताक़त और हिम्मत ऊपरवाले के आशीर्वाद से है।  मैं खुश हूं कि हर रोज की तरह आज फिर अपने घर का झाड़ू पोछा करना पड़ा। शुक्र है मेरे पास घर तो है ना... जिनके पास छत नहीं उनका क्या हाल होता होगा...? मैं खुश हूं कि इस साल दिवाली पर उपहार देने में पर्स ख़ाली हो गया........

  गणेश चतुर्थी हिन्दुओं का एक प्रमुख त्योहार है। यह त्योहार भारत के विभिन्न भागों में ,खासतौर  से महाराष्ट्र में बडी़ धूमधाम से मनाया जाता है। गणेश चतुर्थी पर  भगवान गणेशजी की पूजा की जाती है।  गणेश चतुर्थी का त्योहार भगवान गणेश के जन्म दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है। पुराणों के अनुसार इसी दिन भगवान गणेश का जन्म हुआ था। इस दिन मंदिरों, पंडालों से लेकर घर-घर में भगवान  गणेश   की मूर्ति स्थापित की जाती है। साथ ही पूरे 10 दिनों तक उनकी पूजा अर्चना की जाती है।  गणेश चतुर्थी की कथा : पहली कथा : एक पौराणिक कथा के अनुसार  माता पार्वती ने स्नान करने से पूर्व अपनी मैल और उबटन  से एक बालक को उत्पन्न करके उसे अपना द्वार पाल बनाया। जब शिवजी ने प्रवेश करना चाहा , तब उस बालक ने उन्हें रोक दिया। इस पर भगवान शंकर ने क्रोधित होकर अपने त्रिशूल से उस बालक का सिर काट दिया। इससे  माता पार्वती क्रुद्ध हो उठीं और उन्होंने प्रलय करने की ठान ली। उन्हें शांत  करने के लिए , शिवजी के आदेश  पर विष्णु जी उत्तर दिशा में सबसे पहले...

When lockdown changed one's life  Every housewife thinks that she is  doing the most important job of world, taking care of her children and running a home .No doubt ,this job takes an awful lot of time and efforts . This job provides no time to pursue any outside interest. MY NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOUR On sunday , I heard some turbulance in the balcony of adjecent flat  . Kartik ,owner of this flat is a forced bachelore . His wife , Sunaina stays in Banglore . I came out ant found Sunaina dusting the balcony windows. It was a pleasant surprise . She told me that she is enjoying herself immensely at her new job as advertising manager and she is satisfied with the amount of money she is making . MY FRIEND LAKSHMI  Minister Narendra Modi    urged people across India to switch off their lights and hold candles , lamps and mobile flashlights at 9 pm on Sunday, April 5, for 9 minutes in a nationwide show of solidarity, to fight the darkness of coronavirus.
