Sharma uncle from E-Block

Around two years back ,our neighbour ,uncle Sharma from E-Block,came to have a cup of tea with my father in law .While serving the tea,I took one look at the tight grim expression around his lips and I could see that he was seriously concerned about something.

He said "The Government says that sixty is the right age for retirement .It's all kind of crazy,if you ask me . I'll be sixty three in June and I am not old. I am still good in accounts . I am tired of playing golf , and my efforts at 'social work ' no longer keep me keen and interested. I wish to work again . But who is going to hire a sixty three years old ? "

Uncle Sharma got full possession of his time ,with nothing to do with it .He was tired of playing golf,drinking , talking too much about the things he used to do in good old days .He used to miss the income , prestige and the admiration others ,which goes with an important position .
We all know that ,because of improvement in our diet and of course medical science,we have much better chances of living longer than our ancestors.But,we'll probably live a lot more longer if we find a compelling reason for existance . And yet we failed to make adequate preparations for the later years  .
One of Sharma uncle's good friends,who is a life coach by profession , helped him to come out of this difficult situation . He told him not to give up all the hope . He suggested to Sharma uncle to find some continuing job interest ,if he really want to enjoy later years . For this , he told Sharma uncle to put  his own desires down  on paper, in relation to money ,love, ego food and health .And a month or so later ,he came back enthusiastic ,with the following statement:

(1) Money: Our children are raised and we own our own house,I need to earn around 50,000 Rs to continue to live the way we've been living .

(2) Love:My wife and children would think a lot of me if I continued to work .

(3) Ego food : I got quite a kick out of meeting people and working with numbers

(4) Health: There are a few aches and pains ,but my doctor says ,it's only old age creeping in . They won't bother me so much, if I won't have time to think about them . 

Now, Sharma uncle knew exactly, what he wanted out of his life and ,it was his turn to set up his business or other activity ,over which he possesses complete control so that no one can fire him .After few weeks , uncle and aunty planned for construction on one of his land. They got a grocery store constructed on ground floor with some studio apartments on the top . Now , both husband and wife could easily make a living , running the store and renting rooms to college students .
