Three important things to achieve your goals in life

  Three things  important to acheive your aim are  :
* Desire
Desire is the greatest motivator in human life . When you really want to do something ,half the battle is over .
 Put your desire in terms of money , love ,ego food and health . Many people have got brains and highly developed scientific or artistic or administrative ability, but they lack drive or a sense of direction .

* Ability
Next step is to develop the required ability.
Check your abilities to be sure that your desires are acheivable and realistic. But , don't confuse ability with training . An accountant may be good in counceling .An Engineer may find painting interesting . In same field or same  office , different individual pay possess different types of ability like creative ,administrative or executive . Some may enjoy their job being a line worker.
"Tempo " is another important  point to check in considering your ability to do any job .A lot of people with slow tempo crack up when they work in a fast moving environment , while few with a fast tempo get bored if they work at a job where things move too slowly .

It is "what you do with what you got "that makes you successful.If you make the most out of what you've got ,you 're happy.

* Human relations

Many people ,like Kavita ,got sense of direction and ability , but they are not good with human relations . We can find million of people who hold their jobs not because they have any special ability or desire in life , but simply because they are friendly and easy to get along with . We must try to improve our human relationships to be successful in life .

one need to be strong on desire, ability and human relations too . Of course it's difficult. But ,it is altogether possible for you to attain some level of these qualities in the environment that you choose to live .
