We all knew that the lockdown was a temporary condition and never doubted its importance. People have had got leave from work and they could enjoy those leave because they did not have any symptoms. So , initially everyone tried to took it in a positive spirit .For first week, ladies specially housewives continued with yoga, workout, prayers, spend quality family time , play carrom , scrabble and other indoor games with children . But, it was a long period.
Social connectivity is the greatest determinant of wellbeing and one of our most basic psychological needs . Not being able to leave the house, meet friends, had started taking its tollI on the mental health of whole world . Soon ,the coronavirus outbreak had caused mass anxiety for the entire world.Indian housewives couldn't no longer see things going perfectly in their household. kids were watching too much Netflix and playing too many hours of video games, it was like the end of the world. Things were going to be hairy for a while.But,there were two main aspects to this anxiety. One was obvious, as everyone was anxious because of this pandemic disease . The other reason is the sudden change from their basic style of living.They are finding it difficult to re-adapt a new lifestyle. They need to find a solution ,before this anxiety converted into a pathological condition ,by hoarding things, getting preoccupied with worries, getting irritated. Too much of "Unstructured Free time" is creating boredom and spikes in anxiety .
So, psychologists suggest to channelise it to something positive and started keeping a routine which could reduce “decision fatigue,” the overwhelm and exhaustion that come from too many options.Make a schedule that your family can also get board with and try to stick with that. So in the morning, rather than wondering whether to start work or help the kids with their online learning, now you must know what you are going to do. In this way , housewives may save a lot time .

Busy Housewives should take the opportunity of the extra time by decluttering, cleaning and organizing their home.They can use their extra time to reorganize , toss and donate items they are no longer using .
