           Our outdated schooling system



our schooling/ education system is useless , outdated and non - application based system .The curriculum is 35 - 40 years old . It only emphasises on learning and writing . It is based only on memorisation of information which is already available on our finger tips . The internet made it outdated . we do not need to know anything .we can ask Siri and get answers in 2 seconds . Why do I have to do maths when I have 
calculator  on my smart phone ?              
Students are misguided that they need to do hard work for getting good marks . No one is  telling them that they need to get their concepts clear for getting good future . Who is getting benefitted by this education system ? Only school owners and tutors .                                     Today ,its parents responsibility to help your child get rid of this race for marks .It is a rat race and remember at the finishing line you are still a rat . Intelligence of your child should not be determined be the marks he gets . His future will not depend upon the university in which he gets admitted . Drop your mindset that your child should get 95% 98% . Thee is no utilization of marks for employment except few government jobs . Today , skills are more important . Even top most companies like Amazon or Google no more require a degree . They need professionalism . 
We can not change this system . But , we can change the destiny of our child up to some extent . So , First identify the talent and interests of your child .You should not care of  what other people think , what jobs are in trend etc . Just motivate your child to identify  and learn professional skills . He can do it online or offline . There are so many options like Photoshop, digital marketing , animation , content writing . You can also invest in professional coaching of any indoor/outdoor sport. He can dedicate 1-2 hrs to these skills in daily routine .
