My sister Kavita is a perfectionist and seems very proud of it . She is an intellectual girl who has professional abilities as well as desire for social success  .She is in Government job and earning quite well .  But, she is always irritating her family and even her friends with her superior attitude . There was a time , when she had henpecked her husband into the shadows because she has greater mental ability.   .

On the other hand her husband Ravi is a nice person to be around and he enjoys meeting new people . He was working in the production department  of an advertising agency . All his work was done alone .So, he felt inadequate and out of place  .He had ability, but no special desire to work . He was not enjoying job satisfaction and thus , he left that job . Kavita  used to  criticize her husband Ravi for not having a permanent job .Thus, their marriage was headed for the rocks.

 After some time , he applied for a sales job with a leading publisher of trade magazine . He got the job and he is really making much more money than he ever made before .

No doubt , Desire is the greatest motivator in human life . When you really want to do something ,half the battle is over. Many people ,like Kavita ,got sense of direction and ability , but they are not good with human relations . We can find million of people who hold their jobs not because they have any special ability or desire in life , but simply because they are friendly and easy to get along with .
We must try to improve our human relationships to be successful in life .
